All orders placed through Follicular Labs are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or holidays. If you place an order on a Friday, it will be processed the following Monday.

We offer free shipping for our customers within Australia. We also provide competitive shipping rates for our customers internationally, however this does depend on location.

Tracking Information

Tracking Your Order: Upon dispatch, we will,  where applicable, provide you with a tracking number, however please note not all products have the tracking service and most require you follow us on 'shop" (see bottom of home page to apply). This number will allow you to track your package's journey from our suppliers to your doorstep. We encourage you to use this feature to stay updated on your order's status.
